Brothers,
After checking out road and weather conditions, Kappa Kappa Psi has also decided to cancel today's Block Meeting. Road conditions from most directions to Terre Haute would be difficult, at best.

Our thanks go to Lambda Lambda for all of their work in putting together today's event.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to see all of our Brothers and Sisters at Northern Kentucky on Feb. 20 and Tiffin University on Feb. 27.

The North Central District of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma is proud to once again sponsor the North Central District Intercollegiate Band at the North Central District Convention. The NCDIB was created to showcase our students' talents in the NCD and to highlight the commitment to music and musicianship, the central focus of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. This program promotes college bands through the performance of quality literature and allowing an increased emphasis on developing musicians at the district convention.

This year’s conductor is Dr. Bruce Moss. Dr. Moss is the Director of Bands at Bowling Green State University, and he is in his second term as National Vice President for Professional Relations for Kappa Kappa Psi.

The NCDIB is open to all Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma active, associate, and conditional members. Each school is invited submit ten applicants on any wind or percussion instruments, including any combination of fraternity and sorority members.

To apply for this innovative fraternity and sorority program, chapters must decide up on ten applicants. One person from each school should complete a form, submitting each applicant’s name and other information. That form can be found at: http://ncdib.kkytbsncd.org

In addition to the application, each school must send a letter from a band director at their college or university endorsing each applicant. Each applicant’s name must be included in the endorsement letter. Letters can be emailed to Governor Rod Whiteman at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Because of the conflicts in schedules, NCDIB participants may not serve as their chapter’s delegate to the convention.
